This artist has wonderful paintings but, lamentably, because she is a woman, she has not been given the exposure and recognition that she should have. This happens a lot in Art History and it has to change… So here she is so that you can get to know her better…
Ataques racistas contra el jugador del Real Madrid, el brasileiro Vinicius, son inaceptables e intolerables. El racismo es un ataque contra todos. Insultar con una frase racista a una persona es un insulto contra toda la humanidad porque somos una raza, la humana.
Hay que educar, cosa que no se está haciendo adecuadamente, ni en nuestro país ni en los demás. La educación comienza en casa pero tiene que llevarse a cabo por los padres y no por las redes sociales. El racismo, como cualquier otra forma de deshumanizar, tiene que acabarse, porque las agresiones comienzan con palabras pero la violencia tiende a escalar y eso no se puede permitir.
España no es un país racista. Somos un país que acepta y tolera y que trata con cariño y amistad a todos. Lamentablemente si hay racistas. Lamentablemente hay quienes ofenden y agreden. Lamentablemente hay muchos que faltan el respeto de muchas formas. Esto no pasaba antes, al menos no con tanta frecuencia y es debido a los cambios en el sistema educacional que ha causado que hayan más maleducados y menos respeto. Eso también tiene que cambiar.
Y ojo, esto hay que resolverlo con sanciones a los culpables, verdaderos castigos a los agresores porque si la gente no se civiliza hay que civilizarla con leyes.
Todos somos uno no importa el color y como el cuadro adjunto, somos de todos los colores imaginables…

Quizá la vida en blanco y negro sea mas exacta y hasta mas justa… Es probable que aquellos que sean daltónicos la prefieran… Al fin y al cabo, los colores son una ilusión óptica y su vitalidad se debe al poder de la luz, especialmente la del sol… De noche no se ven los colores… Entonces el mundo es blanco y negro y también de multicolores… A mi todo eso me tiene sin cuidado pues para mí los colores son la quintaesencia de la naturaleza, un regalo de Dios añadido a todos los demás para hacernos la existencia mas bella, mas placentera… En mi atelier hay colores hasta para hacer dulce… Omnia Caelum Studios (primero Miami y ahora Valencia) surgio del poder de los colores y del impacto que causaban en los coleccionistas que compraban (y que compran) mis obras…

It could be that life in black and white is more exact and more just… Probably colour-blind folk would prefer it… After all, in the end colours are an optical illusion and their vitality is derived from light, especially sunlight… At night colours are not visible… Then the world is black and white and also multi-coloured… But I could care less about all that because for me colours are the quintessential part of nature, a gift from God to beautify our existence and to make it more pleasurable… In my studio there are colours everywhere… Omnia Caelum Studios (first Miami and now Valencia) came from the power of colour and the impact that they caused (quite favourable) upon my collectors who bought (and still buy) my artwork…

Teatro y arte, arte y teatro… Todos somos actores y el mundo es el escenario donde nos ocurren cosas y donde nosotros también causamos otras… Mi arte es expresionista pero también surrealista, por eso la llamo Surreal-Expresionismo y la desarrollo as estilo Jazz, o sea que la improviso, la manejo y le doy el ritmo para que vibre con energía. Y ojo, la improvisación no tiene nada que ver con la intuición, solo se asemejan cuando surge la espontaneidad. Pero la improvisación en el arte, como en el teatro, no es intuitiva, sino muy bien planificada. «Vivian and Carlos» son tu y son yo, somos, éramos, fuimos y seremos. Así es el arte, desde el principio comenzó con el mismo entusiasmo y la misma energía. Nada ha cambiado en la historia del arte, solo los colores.

Theatreand Art, Art and Theatre… All the world’s a stage and we are all acting our part. Things happen to us and we cause other things to happen as well… My art is Expressionism but also Surreal, so I call it Surreal-Expressionism and I develop it according to the rules of Jazz. In other words, Improvisation, the Mastery of the player and Swing. So I improvise, I master and I give it the right rhythm. And look out, improvisation is not the same thing as intuitiveness, as they only mirror each other when it comes to spontaneity. But improvisation in art as well as in the theatre is not intuitive, it is well planned. «Vivian and Carlos» are you and I, as we are, as we were and as we will be. That is how art is, from the beginning it had the same energy, the same emotional charge. Nothing has changed in the history of art, only the colours.

I walk the streets, I watch the tele, I listen to the voices of those who teach and preach, all that they know, all that they’ve learned, so bold, so brave, so sure as they now spread their truth, implacable, of all things of this world,
and science is their unquestionable religion, the scientists their priests, their evolution and their strange beliefs, in black holes and dark matter, is what they’re here to teach,
but me, I never learned, I never paid attention in classrooms full of nerds, I still believe in God and mysteries, in love, in faith and peace, I still believe in wonders and I definitely still seek the guiding light, the wisdom, the help from God we need.

This poem is a Euro-Ku. Derived, naturally from the Japanese poem (Haiku) but I’ve modified it to fit our western thought, culture and spirituality. I do admire tremendously the spirituality and the culture of the East, but I was born in the West and I wasn’t put in the West to live as an Easterner. Our experiences are not the same therefore our way of expressing emotions, feelings, well, life, is different. So I came up on the 2nd of February 2022 with the “Euro-Ku.”
The Euro-Ku follows the pattern of the Haiku only in that it is formed with three verses. However, the verses do not have a syllable limitation, they can be as long as you want to make them, but they must flow, seamlessly and coherently into each other. Thoughts cannot go floating out into the wind. And, most importantly, it must be accompanied by an original, unedited illustration, property of the author. It can be a photograph, a drawing, a painting, digital art or anything else that illustrates and relates to the meaning and intention of the poem.

Creo que los que me leen saben que ninguno de estos dos «artistas» es santo de mi devoción. Pero, son parte de la historia del arte y hay que reconocerles la existencia, pero no necesariamente la obra «artística.» También se que para muchos son iconos, uno (Warhol) del arte Pop (Pop Art) y el otro (Basquiat) del arte… Bueno ni se que tipo de arte es ese…
Parece ser que los dos muchachos colaboraron y mucho y ahora los curadores y directores de algunos museos (que yo no mencionaré) están haciendo expos de esas obras hechas a cuatro manos por estos dos iconos de la cultura neoyorquina de la década de los 80. Aquí os dejo unas que otras muestras y vosotros decidiréis si sirven (y para qué).

I think that my readers know that I am not devoted to either of these two «saints.» But they are part of Art History so I must recognise their existence, though not their «art-work» (shows little art and little work). I also know that these two are icons of Pop Art (Warhol) and of, I don’t even know how to call this other’s art (Basquiat)…
Well it seems like these two lads collaborated a lot! So curators and museum directors of museums that I will not mention by name, are exhibiting these «art-works» made by these «prodigious» four hands by these «icons» of New York pop culture of the 1980’s. I leave you a few samples for you to judge if they are good (and what they are good for).
