I think that my readers know that I am not devoted to either of these two «saints.» But they are part of Art History so I must recognise their existence, though not their «art-work» (shows little art and little work). I also know that these two are icons of Pop Art (Warhol) and of, I don’t even know how to call this other’s art (Basquiat)…
Well it seems like these two lads collaborated a lot! So curators and museum directors of museums that I will not mention by name, are exhibiting these «art-works» made by these «prodigious» four hands by these «icons» of New York pop culture of the 1980’s. I leave you a few samples for you to judge if they are good (and what they are good for).

El Nacional (newspaper from Venezuela – see photo) says that it is a «legendary» collaboration. 😜
Gracias…
Cheers…

Thank you my friend, I did not think it would impress you either. All the best.

If folks stopped fawning over this kind of [bleep] art, these «artists» would have to get real jobs. Then, would you want Warhol to install your toilet?

Hehehe… (LOL) great point you make Espie!

I agree with you! Warhol was a real weirdo, and I think it was his parties and the drugs that probably made him most popular.

Yes. He was already quite rich before he became the pop king of the Village. The right place at the right time and a s—t load of cash!

I agree. I don’t even know what this stuff is. It doesn’t say «art» to me. I suppose the rich and those trying to impress others with their appreciation of what some call art will pay big bucks and flock to the NYC museums to «owww» and «awww» over these so-called paintings. Count me out.
