#art, «Así enseño yo a pintar» (Versión en Castellano)
Primero hay que aprender a ver las cosas como las ve un pintor… Se hace entrecerrando un poco los ojos para notar claramente las sombras y las luces, o sea, el claro-oscuro que existe en todo y en todo lugar…
Segundo recordando que las cosas de la naturaleza (al natural) que puedes reproducir también se pueden reproducir de tus memorias. Mas del conjunto de memorias de personas, de lugares, de días al sol, bajo la lluvia, en la playa o en el supermercado. Cada lugar te estimula de diferentes maneras…
La estimulación de las neuronas causan sinapsis que atraviesan los nervios ejercitando los músculos del brazo y finalmente de la mano, que quizá ya sostenga un lápiz, un creyón o un pincel y este presto a ponerlo sobre el papel o el lienzo…
Pero antes que vaya a tocar el carboncillo o el grafito o el pincel, baja el brazo, descansa, respira, deja caer el instrumento elegido y busca una goma moldeable, mejor dos y únelas para que formes una bola de goma que puedas moldear, separar, alargar y bueno, lo que quieras… Esto te va a ayudar con el estrés que vas a desarrollar al intentar resolver los problemas que el cuadro te va a plantear (esto es de la lección #2)…
Ahora a decidir que vas a plasmar sobre el papel o el lienzo. Tienes que tomar en cuenta el tamaño que va a tener la obra, la composición, el estilo, y muy importante, los colores (si es un trabajo en blanco y negro entonces lo mas importante son las areas ce chiaro-oscuro)…
Una vez que tengas la composición en la cabeza, recoge el lápiz o el carboncillo (puedes ir directamente al pincel también) y con trazos ligeros, comienza a dejar que la línea negra cobre vida sobre el papel/lienzo y forme las partes de las figuras que tienes como referencia pintar (la referencia puede ser interna o externa, depende, en el arte abstracto siempre es interna)…
Esto es todo una meditación, no te vayas a pensar que es otra cosa. El arte es terapia y también es arte terapia. Terapia en el sentido que uno se concentra tanto que se pierde en el cuadro o en el dibujo. Arte terapia porque sirve de terapia clínica para ayudar a muchos a enfrentar diversos problemas que le causan angustia en la vida.
