Cuando estoy por esas encantadoras islas del mar Egeo, me levanto antes que salga el sol y me pongo a meditar por unos minutos mientras que ese raudo foco sube y se adueña del cielo…

Entonces, como siempre me ha gustado meditar un día decidí escribir una pieza para usarla de música para meditar y se la puse a un vídeo del amanecer, a la imagen majestuosa del sol saliendo sobre el mar Egeo…

Ahora os lo brindo para que meditéis. Es una meditación corta, no hace falta mas, después de todo no os vais a convertir en monjes tibetanos. Solo os costara cortos minutos del santo día y vais a ver que buenos beneficios tiene.

When I am in those enchanting islands of the Aegean Sea, I always wake up before the sunrise and I meditate for a few minutes while that speedy red ball rises to dominate the skies…

I have always taken meditation as something serious in my life, so one day I decided to write my own meditation music and join it with a video of the sun rising over the Aegean Sea…

Try to meditate while you watch and listen. It is short, don’t fret. After all you don’t need to become a Buddhist monk, all you need is a few minutes of your day.

This is a new drawing…the original one in black and white…done with graphite on artists paper. Here, since I manipulated the image to create a colour background, I hace called it «Purple Jazz». As a fine art print it is now available on my Fine Art America gallery, here.

Gracias Silvio, verdaderamente que nos has dado grandes temas que nos han hecho cantar, deleitar, aprender y pensar mucho…

Te felicito por tus pensamientos, siempre a la vanguardia fuiste y llegaste a decir verdades como cuando dijiste que había que quitarle la «R» a Revolución para poder proseguir haciendo historia…

Me parecen mentiras las cosas que escucho, las cosas que veo, las cosas que están haciendo…

Me da la impresión que todo lo han virado al revés y que el mundo, la sociedad, el gobierno, todo, está patas arriba…

Se habla de igualdad…

Se habla de derechos…

Se habla de condiciones…

Pero ¿Qué pasó con los deberes?

¿Qué paso con las tradiciones, las costumbres y las normas que han existido siempre en la sociedad?

Pero los deberes son para nosotros, los derechos para ellos.

Las riquezas para ellos y para nosotros las migajas…

Me parece mentira que nos dejemos tratar como borregos,

que en los aeropuertos nos cacheen, como a los criminales sin nosotros serlo,

no entiendo porque nos engañan con noticias falsas.

¿Qué quieren, que buscan?

Nos persiguen por céntimos pero a los que se llevan millones no los tocan…

y lo que me parece la mentira plus ultra es que nos sigan diciendo que hay gente que son mas gente que nosotros,

¿Por qué a algunos le dicen «Don» y a otros «mierda»?

Para que haya igualdad no pueden haber gente que valgan mas que la gente.

Me parece mentira…
