Those Blue Eyes …

Bueno, como todos sabemos, el 2020 fue el año de la pandemia, del confinamiento y cuando nos enteramos que nos habían mandado el Coronavirus (COVID-19) para jodernos la existencia. Estuvimos secuestrados en casa meses y meses, al menos en España duró mas de tres meses el confinamiento, y después vinieron los usos obligatorios de mascarillas, de los bares y restaurantes cerrados, igual que las tiendas, claro no El Corte Inglés, en fin, no quiero seguir con esta lata. El hecho es que durante esos meses estas, entre otras logré pintar. Así que os brindo, cuadros (y Art Digital) del 2020, o sea, cuadros de la pandemia según Bodo Vespaciano (también conocido como Francisco Bravo Cabrera).

Okay, so we all know that 2020 was the year of the Pandemic, the confinement and when we found out that they had sent us this Coronavirus (COVID-19) to fuck with our existence. We were sequestered in our homes for months, at least in Spain for more than three months. Later came the face masks, the closing of bars, restaurants and stores, but of course not the large retailers (In Spanish I mentioned our biggest one). But I don’t really want to go on ranting. The thing is that during those months I did manage to paint. So here are some of the paintings (and digital art) I did. Here is my 2020 art work by Bodo Vespaciano, a.k.a. Francisco Bravo Cabrera.

No hay nada como meditar pintando, o pintar meditando, como quieras, tu lo sabes…

There is nothing like meditating while painting, or painting while meditating, which ever way you like it…

Abstract Art… well, some may think that it is the pure essence of art as there is no interference just the power, the symbolism and the spirituality of colour. Kandinsky also thought they contained sounds… perhaps they do. This is now a Fine Art print as I have sent the image to this company that creates them, sells them and ships them all over the world. I have a gallery here with some images that I have chosen from my work to turn into prints so that they can be available readably and affordably to anyone who likes them. The image above is a framed print, but they offer canvas prints, metal and wood prints as well, and also posters and art prints on paper…

Uno de enero de 1959 y así salió publicado en nuestro periódico local…

Fine art prints are reproductions that artists allow so that the image can go further than it would ever go on the canvas or the paper. The rights to the image, since they always remain with the artist, is lent to the company that makes the print, and like this company which I have been using (happily), they make the sale and ship to the buyer worldwide. They offer many different types of prints, like canvas, metal, acrylic, art, and even a poster, along with other items where the image is featured. I have a gallery here with several images (which I continuously update) that I love seeing turned into Fine Art Prints.

Now, at Omnia Caelum Studios Valencia, (my own studio/gallery/art business), we only sell my original paintings and those of a very few and select artists that we have chosen to mentor, teach, develop. We negotiate the sale and also ship all over (although mostly to Europe, UK and US, I am sure they will get to other places as well).
