Querido diario, p#555 – Dear Diary, p#555: La pandemia – The Pandemic

Bueno, como todos sabemos, el 2020 fue el año de la pandemia, del confinamiento y cuando nos enteramos que nos habían mandado el Coronavirus (COVID-19) para jodernos la existencia. Estuvimos secuestrados en casa meses y meses, al menos en España duró mas de tres meses el confinamiento, y después vinieron los usos obligatorios de mascarillas, de los bares y restaurantes cerrados, igual que las tiendas, claro no El Corte Inglés, en fin, no quiero seguir con esta lata. El hecho es que durante esos meses estas, entre otras logré pintar. Así que os brindo, cuadros (y Art Digital) del 2020, o sea, cuadros de la pandemia según Bodo Vespaciano (también conocido como Francisco Bravo Cabrera).

Okay, so we all know that 2020 was the year of the Pandemic, the confinement and when we found out that they had sent us this Coronavirus (COVID-19) to fuck with our existence. We were sequestered in our homes for months, at least in Spain for more than three months. Later came the face masks, the closing of bars, restaurants and stores, but of course not the large retailers (In Spanish I mentioned our biggest one). But I don’t really want to go on ranting. The thing is that during those months I did manage to paint. So here are some of the paintings (and digital art) I did. Here is my 2020 art work by Bodo Vespaciano, a.k.a. Francisco Bravo Cabrera.

No hay nada como meditar pintando, o pintar meditando, como quieras, tu lo sabes…

There is nothing like meditating while painting, or painting while meditating, which ever way you like it…
