I understand the frustration behind your words. Situations involving housing, property rights and vulnerable elderly people can raise very serious questions about fairness and compassion.
Whatever the legal circumstances may be, I believe that protecting people’s dignity and ensuring that vulnerable individuals are treated with humanity should always remain at the heart of any system. Laws are necessary, but compassion should never be absent from their application.

Very well said. You have said the truth as it is. Humanity comes first. There is the law and there is the spirit of the law. One must never place bureaucratic prescripts before a the dignity of a human being, especially the elderly and the helpless vulnerable ones.
