It’s true that I don’t hear much buzz anymore about artists. But so many of the artists being catapulted to fame were shysters and not really serious. I don’t consider things like sticking a crucifix in a glass of urine art. That’s just plain disrespect. Art is in the eye of the beholder, but offending people is not always a smart way to go.
