So true Janet! I hope you are dealing well with the summer heat which I hear is pretty strong in the US as well as here in Europe. Luckily I «escaped» Spain just before the strong heat wave of temps over 100 degrees F. And here on the Aegean Coast of Turkey and Greece it is very mild and breezy, no heat wave to speak of, thank God! All the best to you!
Enjoy all your time in your happy place on the Aegean Coast of Turkey! We had a respite today from the heat… only in the 80s, but the mid-90s return on Wednesday. We’ve had a number of thunderstorms, so we’re catching up on some much-needed rain. I hope the coast of Spain will soon get rain to put out the wildfires.
Yes, the weather here is quite agreeable and yet hot enough to enjoy the water. But in Europe the fires have started and they are terrible. I believe most of them are set intentionally and that is a most horrible crime that must be stopped. Well, I hope you get that much needed rain and that you enjoy a happy summer. All the best!
