I’m experiencing a worse than usual energy slump due to ME/CFS, which is quite frustrating. There are so many things I want to work on, but they just keep getting postponed from one day (and one week) to the next. Phases like this in the illness always eventually pass and I have better days ahead. Every time it happens, though, that little voice in my head says, «Maybe this is the time you won’ t ever feel better than you do today.» My faith in God has gotten me through 39 years with this illness, and He will continue to get me through whatever the future holds. We’re having record-breaking 90-degree days. Local strawberries are ripening a month earlier than usual. My sister bought some today. Delicious! Ah — spring! I love it!

With faith, as you know, everything is possible. Please keep a positive mind and gratitude in your heart. You will get through this phase and go back to work. God does not leave things unfinished and you’ve work to do. Hoping you find your energy soon! And although our temperature is not that high, 22 degrees, it is still sunny and beautiful!
