Esto se lo dedico a mi gente de esa gran tierra de Asturias (y también Galicia) pues es la tierra de mis abuelos. Además se bebe una de mis bebidas favoritas de toda la vida, la sidra.
Pero vamos a comenzar con un buen chiste de uno de los humoristas históricos mas famosos y geniales que he conocido:
Es una tradición, y parte integra de la cultura asturiana y galega. Se hace del zumo fermentado de la manzana, y, como os he dicho, muy tradicional en Asturias y el País Vasco en nuestra España. Se sirve mediante el escanciado, digamos, vertiéndola desde cierta altura para que rompa contra el borde interior del vaso, oxigenándose y liberando aromas; se deja un pequeño poso en el fondo que se tira al suelo, y se bebe de un solo trago, en porciones pequeñas llamadas «culines».
Asi que en estas fiestas a beber, pero escanciar primero el culín y tirar el poso final al suelo (despues la mujer lo friega, no os preocupéis 😊).
