Incidentally, the Picasso print is one of his lesser known sketches. The original is in Paris. But they had an interesting method of selling it. They put a hi-res (4000×3000) scan of the sketch on Alamy, of all places, just as one of the stock «photos», so I had to pay for a license to download it – about 50€, if I remember. Presumably most of that went to the museum. But after that, I had to arrange my own printing and framing. It is just a thought. People like Fine Art America are wonderfully convenient, but the artist gets such a tiny commission.
