A PATH REALITY HAS NEVER DREAMT ABOUT

Your steps will know the way to reach the mountain,
your guiding light will be the moon,
she leads you softly, in spite of all your fears,
and patiently will guide you through the fog.

And as you walk a path unknown…

A whisper flows uneven through the foggy, mountain air,
you perceive it as dry lightning.
but the thunder echoes everywhere,
especially in your heart
now pounding loudly.

Your heart will understand tomorrow…

And tomorrow has never shown her face ‘round here
It’s the illusion you’ve been taught to venerate.
One day you’ll realise it’s only smoke
that forms the horrors you most fear
So keep on searching through the night.

There has never been a dream about reality…

Oh reality!
The only power that can challenge sanity,
and erase illusions
like you and me…

But you are on a path reality has never dreamt about…
