La DANA más grande que hemos sufrido en la Comunitat Valenciana y muchos de nuestros coterráneos están ahora sufriendo la destrucción que ha dejado atrás este fenómeno atmosférico. Son estremecedoras las imágenes de como han quedado tantos pueblos del interior de la provincia de Valencia. Le pedimos a Dios que bendiga a todos los afectados. Gracias a Dios en la capital todo está bien… Pero nuestro corazón, como valencianos, y nuestros pensamientos están con aquellos que sufrieron el paso de esta horrorosa tormenta.

Yes, the worst destruction we have had! And there are still people who don’t think climate change exists and is responsible for so many of these catastrophes! I mean bad weather has always existed but something like this, never in the history of our province… God save us from whatever is stored in the future! Thanks Sara, and all the best!

My heart goes out to all the families affected who have lost loved ones and who in some cases still do not know what has happened to some of their relatives. I saw a video showing floodwaters dragging cars through the streets and leaving people clinging to trees and now I can’t get it out of my head! From rising seas to warming temperatures to wilder hurricanes and tornadoes, the impacts of climate change are only getting worse
