        And, by the by, if you like orange marmalade then you have probably «eaten» Valencia oranges, because right before spring, they are shaken off the trees (the trees are all over the city streets) and sold to England where they make marmalade with them as they are not good to eat fresh. Well people use the juice (sour) for cooking certain dishes as well, But we are not allowed to pick those oranges as they belong to City Hall…
