Jaén is the capital of the province of Jaén in Andalucía, Spain. It is a rather large city with lots of history, a phenomenal cathedral and beautiful small towns all around. I had never been there before and I found the city quite nice, good food and very nice people, plus a beautiful countryside filled with olive trees. I enjoyed it a lot visiting last March. But I do not think I would find the climate appealing in the summer…

Yes, there will be plenty of shade, but I would go from November to March, and that sort of applies to most, if not all, of Andalucia. Hell, even in Valencia now the temps reach the upper thirties!

Exactly I was talking about your province (or whatever is accurate to describe the larger political area). Virginia (not a particularly large state) stretches from the mountains to the Atlantic Ocean.
