They were the best team. I love these completions. In Canada we just finished the Stanley Cup (NHL). Players from all over the world play in the league. It was a good tournament but something about playing for your country brings out high drama. The Copa was entertaining also. Cant wait for the World Cup in 26
Yes, the thing that I always loved about football was the competition between nations where your team cannot have stars from other country. Lamentably it changed a bit back in the 80’s when the big stars did not want to risk injuries with the national team so that their big $$$ contracts with the clubs would not be jeopardised.
