#art, «What’s in a Name?

(Original Art Digital by Francisco Bravo Cabrera/All Rights Reserved)

Is a title really important?

Does a title lead you to see the work?

Does the title of a book lead you to want to read it?

Is a title like a name? Like your name?

Do you think titles are meaningful?

Do you think painters think a lot about the title they give to their work?

Do you like it when a painter titles his work «Untitled»?

I am curious and would like to know your replies, would you mind?

So… What would you title the above painting? (help me out as I cannot think of one that’s «good» and «meaningful»).

THANK YOU

A mí sí que me gusta que se dé título a una obra. A veces es orientativo.

Tangled up in Blue. Very jazz house vibe with the smoke and the blues.

  4. I like to think of «titles» are sort of sneak peaks/previews of the foundation that lies within an artist. Crea ven venmoea, sen seta iay. Yo vevmo aiittoo da «blue edit» at least that’s what I’m thinking it is. Quitoeveten Franciso 😁🤙😌
