Esta canción fue una de mis preferidas allá por el año 1981 y el 82. Eran Human League, del Reino Unido y el vídeo mola. (Diría que una de las cosas que mas me gusta de ver pelis y vídeos de esos años es que nadie saca del bolsillo un móvil y se pone a textear, mare meua!)

This song was one of my favourites back in 1981 and 1982. It was Human League, from the UK, and the video is too cool. (I would say one of the things I like the most about watching movies and videos from those years is that nobody pulls out a mobile phone from their pocket and starts texting, bloody hell!).

Cellphones are a boon to society. Cellphones are a curse. Emergency contact, ease and speed of communication on the one hand. On the other, disrespect, downright rudeness in many cases, retreat from genuine human interaction to the point that many do not know how to be decent in any social circumstance. We cannot blame the technology, we must blame humans. If you argue technology is at fault, you must forfeit such as digital photography and software to manipulate photographs, for starters, cellphones or even just telephones, automobiles – the list is finite, but large depending on how comfortable you are with today’s technological accoutrements.

I love technology and use it to advantage. What I find totally abnormal is how people have become totally addicted to their mobile. I’ve seen people practically have a full blown psychotic attack just because they thought they lost the bloody thing! Mobiles are great! I wish I would have had that technology in High School (and be the only one that had it)! But people should exert more discipline and a certain etiquette and not walk around like zombies guided by that bloody screen! Yes I know, if you are following a route on the navigator, I walk like that too, but when you are just texting! No way! That is mobile caca!

Ah, manners and using mobile phones. I think they could teach them in primary school and I would take my little self back!!! ( as student, not teacher)
