   It does seem like we are headed that way. In the US, we ban almost everything but guns. If most of our politicians didn’t lie, we might not recognize them as politicians.

      There are but you need a special hunting license to enter and the guns remain at the office of the hunting area. Some communities regulate hunting more than others but most are well controlled even in the ones where you can take your rifle home. No handguns. For those the requirements are quite strict and the license very expensive.
