      Hehehe… I thought so… getting very close to wine time over here… got a Monastrell from Utiel-Requena, those are our local Valencian wineries. It’s a smooth, full body red wine. Delicious with some chorizo and manchego cheese and a few olives, naturally, how else would you drink wine…
