Truly a talented man. The depth of his craft evidenced in how I still «hate» just seeing his face for the realness of his portrayal in «Silence.» His art is not bad either. Not bad at all. For his style, not one I’m immediately drawn to, he grabs me – his skill evidence in what I assume is a self-portrait, he has captured every nuance of his physical presence. To entertain is the first, educate, well, to those who are willing as some will never let go of their old thoughts, but it’s ok… I do admire Anthony Hopkins work. He seems (I don’t know the bloke) to be genuine and also seems to respect the profession of the artist/painter as much as he respects his art of acting, which has always been top notch!
