   Wow. This does not translate clearly for me. Can I assume the Spanish to mean «an open mind is a blank slate»? Thanks.

      I would say “Understanding is like a smooth slate upon which nothing is written.” More or less. Could be intuitiveness or learning… it’s a hard one that was why I didn’t even try to translate… thanks Espie!

         Thank you Espie, same to you, and yours. Have a great weekend! We’re on the road back home. I prefer to take my holidays during the week and avoid the weekend rush. It’s crazy this summer here in Spain! It seems like all of Northern Europe has arrived and they’re all at the beach!
