         Another way to look at it and I agree. But I don’t always want to be part of the learning process (personally).

         I understand, sometimes what is extremely interesting to a jazz musician is boring to the listener. There has to be a balance between improvised, non-melodic music and something agreeable to the ear… You are right. Thank you Pat!
