    All these quotes are memorable, but Gandhi’s makes the most sense even if it seems contradictory. Sometimes we have to fight to get peace.

    Wide variety of quotes. During Vietnam, protestors said that fighting for peace was like screwing for chastity. Don’t totally agree with it but can see the oxymoron appeal.

      Sometimes peace has to be fought for as we’re not all equal in the world. Good folk, wanting peace are not equal to bad folk wanting it all for themselves. Thank you Pat!
