So, what does a watermelon man and fishes have in common? Well they are now hanging at Omnia Caelum Studios Valencia. They are acrylic on canvas paintings from the end of 2019, now known as the end of the era before COVID 19…
For collectors of art or lovers of original art (always support your local artists wherever you live) you can see the entire collections on Instagram @Guloshka and through Guloshka, my representative, you can buy or place commission requests as some are accepted. The art looks good. The watermelon man is a catchy name. It looks like either he is hungry or he is dancing what we here in Mexico call «the cha cha» well at least that’s my point of view. With the fishes I kind of see LOVE in the air, a glimpse of flirt and maybe a kiss on the cheeks. That’s what I love about art that the eye of the one seeing It sees one thing from another eye and from the artist. Just my opinion. So cool!

Thank you so much! I am so glad you liked them, and I truly appreciate your interpretation because you are right, the artist may paint with a reference either in mind or in sight, but the observer may see it all different. That is why I follow the philosophy of surreal-expressionism, which I will explain one day. Wishing you all the best.

An artist is also an aquarist, lives in jazz, and on that day
painted spectacular impressions of their colorful fishes?
🙂
I definitely recognize this tune; wonderful art.

With the watermelon man I like the way the colour is only partially constrained by the lines making it loose and fluid compared to the fishes which has a more rigid format, like a lot of your painting I have seen.
