The Church of Aya Sophia, (Άγια Σοφία), constructed in Constantinople in A.D. 360 as a temple to Christ, to wisdom, to faith and to beauty. It holds priceless treasures of Byzantine iconography.

    1. I have never felt insecure in Turkey. I just spent the whole summer there and there were no problems at all. Sometimes what we hear from another country, being far away, sounds problematic, but being there one realises that it is greatly exaggerated.
