¿Donde va el arte de estos días?
Bueno, sinceramente no me importa ni me interesa. Somos artesanos.

Where is the art of these days going?
Well, honestly, I don’t care or find it interesting. We are artisans. We do what we have to do to «make» art, but we end up reproducing and remaking what has already been done. And that doesn’t matter because art doesn’t have to be original.
Nowadays, they are trying to destroy the art of artists by comparing it to «art,» or things, made by robots, computers, and animals.
Today, conceptual art is elevated to levels it does not deserve.
These days, everything is turning upside down, but life is lived right side up.

A bold and thought-provoking reflection, Sir 🎨
Your words cut straight to the heart of the modern art world — questioning its direction, authenticity, and the fading line between creation and imitation. There’s a raw honesty in your statement, a craftsman’s pride that reminds us art is not just concept or technology, but human essence — emotion, imperfection, and truth shaped by hands that feel.

So true Sir, art is much more than technical perfection, it includes imperfections, taste, and a message. We are artists, but in truth, we are artisans bringing forth our creations from what others have done in the past. There is nothing new under the sun, so all is imitation, one way or another. Originality in art is not important. The spirit, which can only be captured if the artist is in tune with his date and time, is the ingredient that makes a work of art timeless and long lasting.
