   Life is warts and pimples. I cannot guess the influence of his esteemed grandfather, but suggest the artist’s eye [any artist’s, or anyone’s, really] like a caricature can downplay or overplay non-physical aspects of a person giving them subtle physical manifestation. I cannot adequately explain, but take a [comedic] impressionist – the likes of Rich Little and so – how they over emphasize a mannerism and the audience suddenly «sees» what the impressionist sees, and the subject person differently. [More clearly, or with greater perspective?] Ah, but then, one must allow themselves to think, to reason, to personalize what the artist – comedic impressionist or palette-smearing – has to say.
