Well, like last summer, and others before, I am developing Phase IV of the JaZzArT series. I have continued, more or less, with the form that made Phase II and III successful, that being the abstract colourful background in watercolours and the figures in ink. I recognize many of the shapes. To me the colors seem more muted than usual in this series. Nicely done.

This is the other side of the acrylic/oil paintings. They’re actually hybrids, a little drawing and a little painting. The JaZzArT Phase II and III collection was sold completely last year after I returned to Spain, so I’m hoping for the same results with Phase IV. I’m glad you are liking them Malc, thank you!

I like the way you have modulated your line to create the forms. It creates a clean, direct and arresting image. Reminds me of some of Cocteau’s work I saw in Menton.
