Well, this one takes me back to the ninth grade! Wow! Getting the first drags…did I say drags?…of the seventies! Since I was more into Bowie, Beatles, Stones and other British bands, I think I first heard of The Grateful Dead…and this song…back in 1971 and loved it! I had just gotten a new guitar and I immediately learned this one! Of course I wasn’t riding that train, and I wasn’t high on cocaine, (a drug I have never touched – don’t do drugs, drugs be bad), but I did get to like The Grateful Dead, although I was way too young to be a Dead Head…
So here is my first tune for Sundays Tunes (of course on played on Saturday):
«Casey Jones» was played in every Dead concert from 1969 to 1974, a total of 300 times! It was written by Jerry Garcia (music) and lyrics by Robert Hunter.

Me parece una barbaridad que representantes del gobierno digan que la muerte (asesinados) cumpliendo con su deber, en acto de servicio, de dos guardias civiles sea un “accidente laboral.” Hay que tener muy poca vergüenza para decir esto.

I think it is horrible that representatives of the government state publicly that the death (by assassination) in the line of duty of 2 agents of the Civil Guard was a “worksite accident”. You have to be very shameless to say that.
Hoy vemos la poca vergüenza que tienen esos políticos que, con absoluto desprecio, dicen que la muerte durante el cumplimiento de sus deberes de dos guardias civiles fue un “accidente laboral”. Hay que ser muy ruin para decir eso. La Guardia Civil es un cuerpo de la seguridad de estado que actúa de forma oficial para hacer cumplir la ley y perseguir a los transgresores. Sufrieron un asesinato al cumplir con sus labores. Un accidente laboral es cortarte un dedo con el filo de un papel. Hace falta que se sepa y que nos demos cuenta de cómo piensan esta gente.

Today we see the shameless attitude of certain politicians who, with complete disrespect, describe the deaths of two Civil Guards in the line of duty as merely a “workplace accident.” Calling it that is deeply insulting and morally disgraceful.
The Guardia Civil is a state security force whose mission is to enforce the law and protect society from criminals. These officers were not victims of an ordinary accident — they were murdered while carrying out their duty to serve and defend

The Guardia Civil is a state security force whose mission is to enforce the law and protect society from criminals. These agents were not victims of an ordinary workplace accident, like a paper cut, they were murdered while carrying out their duty to serve and defend the nation and enforcing the law. All agents of law and order are in a high risk category and should they be attacked and killed by criminals their death does not constitute a «workplace accident» as politicians from the Socialist Party state.
