    1. Too many, most I would say, at least the best ones have been recognised but not at the same level as male artists. Hopefully things will change. Thank you Mitch and all the best.

    As with many other fields, women were historically discouraged from pursuing a career in the arts, yet there are many incredible females who persevered – thanks for shining a light on them 🙂 Elizabeth’s military battle scenes are quite striking 🙂 xx
