Querido Diario, p#3 – Dear Diary, p#3

Protestas… bombardeos en Kyiv… los precios disparados en España y en toda Europa… el Barça ha perdido en el Bernabéu… la serie Dahmer mola…

Miles y miles de parisinos a las calles de la capital francesa protestando por el alto costo de la vida, de los alimentos, porque el gobierno de Macron no los protege de la inflación abrumadora. Fan bé! Asi deben reaccionar los pueblos cuando son sometidos a las injusticias. Pero aunque yo no estoy muy convencido que los altos precios sean una injusticia, los altos IVAs si que lo son…

Por otra parte vemos que el asesino del Kremlin sigue tratando de destruir al pueblo ucraniano. Le quiere destruir la red de electricidad para que el frio se convierta en su aliado en esta guerra atroz y asesina. Cuando llegue el frio a Ucrania se congelaran esta pobre gente porque Putin le ha destruido los medios para utilizar la calefacción. Increíble! Y todos nos preguntamos hasta donde va llegar esto y cuando acabara esta guerra…

Y los precios de los alimentos y de la energía, venga, esto ya es cosa que preocupa. Mas afecta a miles de personas que han visto que sus vidas han tenido que cambiar, que ahora hay que contar céntimos para ver si se llega a fin de mes y esto no debe estar ocurriendo en un país del primer mundo desarrollado y civilizado como el nuestro o como los demás países de Europa. La culpa solo la tienen los gobiernos que no se ocupan o que no tienen ministros calificados para enfrentar estas situaciones difíciles.

Y lo que jamas queriamos…ni queremos nunca ver…ver los cules del mundo entero es que el Barça pierda y mucho menos ante ese club blanco de la capital. Mare meua! Que horror! Esto si es un verdadero bombazo, pero es lo que es y hay que seguir sabiendo que nuestro FC Barcelona es «Més que un club». Visca Barça!

Y para concluir, hace dos noches que hemos empezado la serie «Dahmer» de Netflix y esta fuera de serie. Os convido a verla que os va a gustar. Está muy bien hecha, muy bien actuada y muy bien escrita y además, tomando en cuenta el tema y el asesino, no es muy gory así que la podéis ver en familia que mola.

Protests… Kyiv bombed again… Prices are going through the roof in Spain and in all of Europe… Barça has lost at the Bernabéu… the Dahmer series is way too cool…

Thousands and thousands of Parisians have hit the streets of the French capital to protest the high cost of items and the unchecked inflation in their country. They blame the government of President Macron whom they allege has not protected them from these problems. Well done French people! That is how people should react whey they are subjected to injustices. However, I am not sure that high prices are necessarily an injustice, but high taxes certainly are…

Looking in the opposite direction we see that the murderer who abides in the Kremlin continues in his quest to make life impossible for the people of Ukraine. He wants to destroy the electric grid so that they freeze to death in the harsh winter approaching, making thus the weather and the lack of heat an ally in his cruel and senseless war. Incredible! And we all ask how far is he going to go and when will this war end…

And prices for food and electricity (actually all utilities including gas and water) are rocketing and that worries all of us. This is affecting thousands of people that have had to reassess their lifestyle and now count pennies to see if they can make it to the end of the month. This should not be happening in the First World, in civilised and industrialised countries here in Europe. Who’s to blame? The governments who are not taking care of the situation or that perhaps are naming ministers who are not qualified to assume their posititon and do not know how to confront these situations.

And what we never want to see, or ever see, is our Barça losing to those whites in Madrid! That is really a shock! Horrible loss yesterday in the «clásico» game. But we…the culés…know that our FC Barcelona is still the best football team in the world and that is also is «Més que un club», (More than just a club). Visca Barça!

And in conclusion, two nights ago we started watching the Netflix series «Dahmer» and we are loving it! I suggest it to all of yous out there who like this kind of real life, serial killer story. And surprisingly, in lieu of the subject matter and the kind of murderer Dahmer was, the episodes are not too gory, thank God, so you can watch with the entire family.
